Thank you for hosting us!\nBiggest Pro: Size of house, overall floor plan layout, amount of rooms and bathrooms- great for a large group! The three room options on the ground floor were perfect with elderly folks and a special needs child. \nBiggest Con: Internet/ TVs not working when we arrived. Tech came out next day but could only get it working in main living area. He informed us modem had been down for 7 days. Did not have internet/TV in rest of the house for duration of the stay. This was especially frustrating as our baby monitor works on WiFi. \nHelpful Info: This house has tons of potential as an Airbnb, but lacks proper follow through for a higher end quality/experience. Ie. there is a ping pong table but only two falling apart paddles. Fire pit, but no fire wood. Small items like random bathroom locks, lamps, lights don’t work. Etc. Also, well water has a sulfuric smell. \nWe felt the price point should be lowered to match the current experience being provided.

We had an amazing weekend at this place, it was everything we needed for a bachelor party. Large public spaces for the group to hang out with plenty of activities. The pool tables flexes as a ping pong table. Large kitchen table worked well for both group meals but also late night poker. The fireplace added another level of coziness. The pool was great and the jacuzzi was even better. The place is an absolute compound, you'll never run out of rooms or bathrooms. It is extremely private and you never have to worry about neighbors. But I have to say the best thing about this place was the hosts, there will always be things that don't go as planned and what really removes any anxiety is to have a responsive host that can help you resolve items quickly. Airyn and Stasseny are absolute stars, probably some of the most responsive hosts I've ever had the fortune of dealing with on this platform.

The property did not meet our expectations, and several facilities were unavailable, broken, or unusable during our stay. The tap water throughout the house had a foul stench. When we reported it, we were first told previous guests had not complained, and later it was stated as a temp issue due to non usage and the home being on well water. The odor persisted for the entire stay, despite maintenance coming out. The pool, which was prominently advertised and for which we paid extra to be heated, was unclean and the heater was nonfunctional, making it unusable, disrupting our holiday plans. Bathroom doors lacked functioning locks, requiring someone to stand guard. Master had a leaking sink that caused water to pool on the floor, creating a serious slip hazard, especially concerning given the presence of small children. The pool table and cues were also in poor cond. We were told we could receive a refund if we vacated on Dec 31, which was unrealistic for a group of 32 people on NYE!

Thank you for hosting us. The property is beautiful, and the location is excellent. The front porch and the view were the highlights of our stay, and your prompt and clear communication throughout the process was greatly appreciated. I would like to offer some constructive feedback that may help enhance the overall guest experience. It would be beneficial to ensure the all amenities are regularly inspected and maintained. Establishing a dedicated handyman available to promptly address any issues would greatly improve the quality and consistency of the stay.
