September 2026We stayed at Billy's place for two nights to attend an event in Winter Park. The condo was easy to find, directions were clear and easy to follow, and it was exactly as described. It was a quiet weekend, so the complex was nice and peaceful. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the patio and also loved how easy it was to walk to the main strip to enjoy coffee and a beer. It was a quick and easy drive to the Ski Mountain for our event as well as a quick drive to a nice hike on Sunday morning for me and the dog. The event we were attending was an accessible mountain event, and the condo was easily accessible for my husband, and the perfect place to stay with limited mobility. The elevator was close and quick, for two of us the size was perfect and while not large felt spacious and easy to get around. We appreciated Billy and Airyn's quick communication and will definitely stay again if in the area!

Hiking was our #1 reason for the visit and Winter Park had it all locally or within an hour of town. We had an awesome time. Highly recommend.

It immediately felt comfortable and welcoming, making it the perfect place to relax after a full day. The location couldn't have been better. We were able to easily walk to restaurants, shops, and the Winter Park Jazz Festival, which made the entire weekend even more enjoyable. The building also felt very safe and secure and the garage parking was convenient. The hosts were outstanding—friendly, responsive, and great to communicate with before and during our stay. Everything was exactly as described, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property. We highly recommend this condo to anyone, and especially if visiting Winter Park and would absolutely stay here again!
