October 2026We had a great stay! The condo is very spacious and free of clutter. The balcony is huge and so peaceful to sit on and watch the rain (or hopefully soon, the snow!). Hideaway Park is a great spot for kids, dogs, or just to sit and read. The garage parking was a nice perk and there were only 2 other cars here during our stay, so very quiet in the shoulder seasons. We ate delicious food at Rudi's, Moonfrog, Wake N' Bacon, Idlewild, Azteca (in Fraser) and James Peak. The Fraser River Trail is gorgeous this time of year, and it's an easy stroll from the condo to find it. Billy was nice enough to let us check out one hour later to accommodate a work meeting. Would stay again!

September 2026We stayed at Billy's place for two nights to attend an event in Winter Park. The condo was easy to find, directions were clear and easy to follow, and it was exactly as described. It was a quiet weekend, so the complex was nice and peaceful. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the patio and also loved how easy it was to walk to the main strip to enjoy coffee and a beer. It was a quick and easy drive to the Ski Mountain for our event as well as a quick drive to a nice hike on Sunday morning for me and the dog. The event we were attending was an accessible mountain event, and the condo was easily accessible for my husband, and the perfect place to stay with limited mobility. The elevator was close and quick, for two of us the size was perfect and while not large felt spacious and easy to get around. We appreciated Billy and Airyn's quick communication and will definitely stay again if in the area!

Hiking was our #1 reason for the visit and Winter Park had it all locally or within an hour of town. We had an awesome time. Highly recommend.
