Great place on the west end of Winter Park! This condo is super spacious and could sleep a ton of people. You are within walking distance to the main part of town and right by the bus. Would definitely stay again.

An excellent unit, walking distance to a number of shops and restaurants. It was an excellent value especially since it really came through for a last minute trip we planned. The host was flexible to letting us check in early and was able to quickly get help when we needed it. Its about a 40 minute drive to the western inlets of Rocky Mountain National Park, but it roughly 2.5 hours to the arguably more popular Bear Lake Road entrance. The town itself has a solid selection of restaurants and a nearby major grocery store. Love that it has 2 showers and a handful of boardgames like Catan.

The property was clean, safe, and the communication from the host was excellent throughout our stay. The location is truly hard to beat and provides easy access to everything in the area. The only challenge we encountered was the summer heat. As is common for many mountain properties, there is no central A/C, which is completely understandable. Unfortunately, we had difficulty opening and closing some of the windows, and the portable A/C unit did not have the necessary hoses to operate. The three box fans provided were appreciated and helpful, but the unit still became quite warm during the day. We were traveling with our 12-week-old baby, so managing the temperature made our weekend a bit more eventful than relaxing. That said, this may be much less of a concern for other guests or during cooler times of the year. One memorable moment occurred around 2:00 a.m. when a police officer discharged a shotgun into the air to scare off a bear that was rummaging through a restaurant dumpster.

This is a property was perfect for our family and it’s in a fantastic location. You can walk out the front door and find restaurants in minutes or go the other direction and be on the trails in no time to go hiking/biking. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.
