July 2026We loved staying at this fabulous cabin! The amenities were very good and the location can’t be beat ! The river is sublime and the fishing was so nice . The hosts were very responsive and answered all our questions in a timely manner . Can’t wait to come back again .

July 2026Overall, our stay was adequate, but it didn’t quite meet the expectations set by the listing. Billy’s communication was excellent—responsive, timely, and helpful throughout the process. Unfortunately, our experience with the co-host, Airyn quite different. While communication was prompt, it lacked warmth and friendliness, which made interactions feel less welcoming. The home itself was comfortable enough, but the photos made the space appear significantly larger than it actually is. The listing also described a “cook’s kitchen complete with all cooking accoutrement,” but we found it missing several basic items, including a large skillet, aluminum foil, food storage containers, and Ziploc bags, which made meal preparation more difficult. Cleanliness could also be improved. The home was noticeably dusty, the basement had a strong cat urine odor, and the entire cabin had a persistent musty smell. July 2026Cannot beat this beautiful home in such an amazing location. Adored hiking in the area and coming home to a relaxing hot tub overlooking the lake while enjoying the view of the glacier. The kitchen was perfectly stocked and other amenities were perfect. Absolutely will be back.

June 2026This spot is absolutely beautiful. Breathtaking views. The furniture is all comfortable. Very nice linens. Plenty of blankets and games. We cooked several meals but also enjoyed visiting nearby Georgetown and Idaho Springs for shopping and meals. Unfortunately, we had a pretty big hiccup at checkin. What was more of an issue is that we were unable to get in touch with the host for 5 hours. We tried calling, messaging, and even reaching out to AirBnB support. We did not hear back until after 10pm. On the second night of our stay we had another issue and again received no response for 5 hours. Unfortunately, this lack of response definitely had a negative impact on our trip. The host did very generously offer a partial refund for the check in issue which was much appreciated. Also, heads up - if you see “Ec” on the hot tub, it will never heat up. There are no instructions in the house on how to address the issue - so reach out to the host early as it takes a few hours to heat.
