This spot is absolutely beautiful. Breathtaking views. The furniture is all comfortable. Very nice linens. Plenty of blankets and games. We cooked several meals but also enjoyed visiting nearby Georgetown and Idaho Springs for shopping and meals. Unfortunately, we had a pretty big hiccup at checkin. What was more of an issue is that we were unable to get in touch with the host for 5 hours. We tried calling, messaging, and even reaching out to AirBnB support. We did not hear back until after 10pm. On the second night of our stay we had another issue and again received no response for 5 hours. Unfortunately, this lack of response definitely had a negative impact on our trip. The host did very generously offer a partial refund for the check in issue which was much appreciated. Also, heads up - if you see “Ec” on the hot tub, it will never heat up. There are no instructions in the house on how to address the issue - so reach out to the host early as it takes a few hours to heat.

We loved the beautiful view of the mountains and the lake in the back! The area is quiet, and it was walking distance to the St. Mary Glacier trail which we took advantage of. We even were lucky enough to spot two moose (from a safe distance across the lake lol). FYI It’s about a 20 min drive to restaurants/fast food, so we planned ahead and brought some food/drinks so that we could spend the most time in the house enjoying the views! The hosts were very responsive and were good about providing information/house rules ahead of time to make the check-in/check-out process easy. The place is decorated beautifully and is super cozy. The bed/bedding in the master suite downstairs was SO comfortable, it was like sleeping on a cloud. Great place to kick back and enjoy the scenery and enjoy the water during warmer months (it was unfortunately too cold for us when we went but they seem to have everything you need!)

Billy was a great host! We really enjoyed our stay, the views are amazing and we saw moose 3 times a day. It was just what our family needed to relax and unwind. We enjoyed using the canoe, playing board games, and fishing! We will be back!

Wow. This place was amazing!!! We came up here with our family of five, ate at some incredible restaurants— highly recommend Mtn Prime— shopped local, used the hot tub daily, enjoyed the quiet, saw some wildlife, played board games, and cooked in the cabin. This was so relaxing and much needed for our busy family. We WILL be back. I’m telling everyone how clean and well maintained this property is. Thank you, Billy!!!
