October 2026The Rossi's - Teri, Carol, Ken and Kodi the dog October 5th-10th, 2026 We had an amazing stay in Pagosa Springs! Thank you, Airyn and Jared, for sharing your beautiful home with us. It was one of the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The home was well decorated, very clean and had everything we needed. Loved that each bedroom had its own ensuite. The top balcony was breathtaking for viewing the stars and ballons - only wish it had a couple of chairs to sit on. We saw deer daily out the back door. loved walking the dog around the quiet neighborhood and down to the lake. Had a great family trip enjoying the fall leaves. The grocery store and restaurants are all very close. Communication with the host was excellent. We'll be back!

September 2026My family of 3 spent almost 10 days at the property and I agree with all the reviews. Would just add that we found the home to be more beautiful than the photos. We loved the sense of space which worked great for remote work. As has been mentioned, the home is extremely well decorated and delightful. We cooked at home a lot and the hosts are generous with supplies although we brought everything we needed. The views of the mountains are much better than they appear in the description. We loved the daily close encounters with the hot air balloons as we lived for a time in ballooning country in Arizona. Both the balloon visits and the nearby resident deer population were enchanting. Through walks with our small dog we met many of the friendly neighbors who all seem to have dogs as it is a pleasant area to walk the dog. The hosts were extremely helpful with all inquiries especially Jared. We hope to return as often as possible!

September 2026What a great vacation! This townhouse is in the perfect location, especially with all the road construction currently happening in town. We loved the two story fireplace, the fact that it is three bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms as well as a powder room downstairs, and is beautifully decorated. It is close to great restaurants, coffee shops, groceries, the hot air balloons, and walking trails. So very convenient. Very quiet, safe, peaceful neighborhood. Blackout curtains in the master bedroom were great and the large master bathroom with double sinks and plenty of counter space was lovely. Air conditioning was essential this summer with the hot temperatures A two car garage is especially nice. Beautiful view of the mountains. The host was quick to respond and resolve issues that came up. We highly recommend this unit and would most definitely return here.
