We found out about the no lights ordinance the hard way but besides struggling finding the place at first since it was so dark, everything else was perfect! Lovely house and stay. Will stay again.

The best cutest little Airbnb in Pagosa Springs. There was a grocery store about three minutes away. The ski slopes were about a 30 minute drive. The hot springs were about a 12 minute drive. The condo was very spacious for our family of 5. We could have fit a few more very comfortably. The neighborhood is very save. We took many walks. This won’t be our last time visiting Pagosa and I will definitely be looking to see if this place is available when we do.
