September 2026What a great vacation! This townhouse is in the perfect location, especially with all the road construction currently happening in town. We loved the two story fireplace, the fact that it is three bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms as well as a powder room downstairs, and is beautifully decorated. It is close to great restaurants, coffee shops, groceries, the hot air balloons, and walking trails. So very convenient. Very quiet, safe, peaceful neighborhood. Blackout curtains in the master bedroom were great and the large master bathroom with double sinks and plenty of counter space was lovely. Air conditioning was essential this summer with the hot temperatures A two car garage is especially nice. Beautiful view of the mountains. The host was quick to respond and resolve issues that came up. We highly recommend this unit and would most definitely return here.

July 2026This place was in a great location for everything we had planned to do. The fact that she allowed our dog was even better. We cooked every meal in this kitchen, well stocked. Master bed was firm but comfy. It was just the two of us so we didn’t even use the upstairs. The house is exactly like the pictures. The mini backyard was perfect for our dog as we enjoyed sitting on the back patio most nights. The deer come right in the yard morning and night. We talked to some neighbors, super friendly people. Lots of walking paths around the home. We had a minor issue but Airyn’s assistant was a great help and super speedy on how to resolve. The grocery store, hot air balloon rides and gas, restaurants are just minutes away or you can walk there. Pagosa downtown is like 10 min away. The area is so quiet and peaceful. We felt very safe. We would stay here again.

A/C worked great, beds were comfy and kitchen had everything we needed. The house was very clean and communication with Airyn was very easy. Would definitely stay again!
