Take it easy at The Wilbarger Villa in one of Georgetown's oldest neighborhoods! Enjoy breathtaking sunsets overlooking Southwestern University and Downtown Georgetown! The living, kitchen and dining rooms are very open and flow nicely to the back deck. Bedrooms are both good sizes. Bedroom 1 has 1 king and features an ensuite full bath and closet. Bedroom 2 has a queen, closet, and is a short walk down the hall to the 2nd full bathroom and washer and dryer closet. There is an air mattress (Queen) as well. The backyard has a fence separating it from the properties to the right and left. You may see a guest at one of the neighboring units from time to time, but it's generally very private.
