Only thing that had one issue when the pool pump didn’t kick on one morning and Airyn responded immediately and the onsite manager had it going immediately. He also stopped but to check on us and make sure everything was up to our expectations. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend. Beautiful view and property.

The cornerstone cottage was the ideal place for our stay in Georgetown. The location is excellent when visiting the town and surrounding areas. The cottage had all the modern amenities for a great stay, it was spotless clean, comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Natalie and Cal thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

Very lovely little space for some R&R

Definitely a great place to stay so much to do and very nearby stores I loved staying here and I am very glad we stayed here.

We had an amazing stay at this home for our son’s wedding. It was secluded and we spent quiet, peaceful evenings by the pool. The sunsets were absolutely beautiful! Their home was an absolute treat. I would definitely stay here again when we come for a return visit.

Very responsive host

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was beautifully updated, exceptionally clean, cozy, and spacious. It immediately felt comfortable and welcoming, making it the perfect place to relax after a full day. The location couldn't have been better. We were able to easily walk to restaurants, shops, and the Winter Park Jazz Festival, which made the entire weekend even more enjoyable. The building also felt very safe and secure and the garage parking was convenient. The hosts were outstanding—friendly, responsive, and great to communicate with before and during our stay. Everything was exactly as described, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property. We highly recommend this condo to anyone, and especially if visiting Winter Park and would absolutely stay here again!

Absolutely flawless stay for the Winter Park Jazz Festival! This condo was the perfect home base for our weekend getaway. The location could not have been better. Getting to and from the festival at the Rendezvous Event Center was incredibly quick and hassle-free. The space itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed to unwind after a long day of dancing and great music. The hosts were wonderfully communicative and made check-in and check out a breeze. We are already talking about booking this exact spot again for next year's festival. Highest recommendation!

Great place and very proactive host.

We celebrated my husband’s 30th birthday here and had such a great stay! Airyn was super helpful with arranging the birthday decorations before we arrived. We spent most of our time by the pool—it was so peaceful just sitting there, looking at the lake and all the greenery. We also spotted several deer around the property, which was really nice. We didn’t get to use the grill or kayaks this time, but we’ll definitely try them on our next visit. The only small thing was that the futon bed felt a bit small for the two of us. A pull-out sofa would’ve been a little more comfortable. Other than that, we loved everything about this place and would definitely come back!

The house was clean and spacious for our family weekend. There was deer across the street and stars were shining bright. The lake was close by and so was the HEB.

Great location and home!

Great home next to the beach! The sauna and hot tub are fantastic and make for a great experience. There is slight road noise due t being close to HWY 101, but wasn’t an issue.

Perfect location, amazing hosts, beautiful home. Even though it is in the city, it felt very private and secluded. Would definitely stay here again in the future! 😊

I really enjoyed staying at this Airbnb. Close to coffee, stores & restaurants. It was also a very comfortable stay. The master bed was VERY comfortable! We all also enjoyed table tennis and football competitions! Additionally, communication was excellent! Thank you for everything and I definitely recommend staying here!

Loved our stay here! The location is great and liked that the property is not too close to other houses. The house was also very clean. It also has a nice layout for multiple families with a large kitchen/dining area. Will definitely be booking this place again if we are in the area!

The home was beautiful and very clean! All of the bedrooms were nice and neat. There was plenty of room and I loved that there plenty of bathrooms. I do wish there were televisions in all of the bedrooms. Also, for some reason, the cold water pressure wasn't very strong like the hot water pressure was. Please look into that. Other than those, the house was perfect. I would recommend to anyone to stay here in this beautiful home! Thanks so much!

This place was very nice. The property sits between other houses and the alley way. There are plenty of restaurants and things conveniently located just down the road. Everything was as described. The only issue was the heavy road noise outside since it was located near main roads. We experienced sirens and trash trucks at early hours of the morning. Lastly we had multiple wasp 🐝 nest surrounding the lockbox and started us off with some nerves to get the keys and not get stung lol. We survived and enjoyed the stay.

There is a lot to commend about this place, proximity to Gtown proper, the yard, ping pong table, pet friendly, responsive and helpful host, well-outfitted kitchen. However, if you are bothered by the frequent appearance of roaches, I would advise considering another location. Host was kind enough to arrange a next-day pest treatment but as best I can tell it didn’t meaningfully influence nightly traffic. We didn’t have any other issues with the property, though that one alone caused some significant distress.

Airyn’s place was great. We did have a couple of issues but they were quickly dealt with one we let her know. The space was clean and spacious. And our host was very responsive. Thanks for having us!

This house was is a great location for our needs. It is very easy to get to the beach, even with little ones, it’s about halfway between Cannon Beach and Manzanita where there are good food, shopping and beach walking options, and it as well laid out for our multigenerational crew.

We had an amazing time at the Hill Country Oasis! The private pool and hot tub were the highlight, for sure. We also loved the back porch and enjoyed most of our meals out there. It was very secluded and peaceful, while still being close to the city with plenty of things to do (if you choose to leave the oasis - we did not). The only things that could have made our stay better, and the reason I gave a 4 star review, was that the furniture wasn't very comfortable (the bed in bedroom 2 - single queen bed - was uncomfortable, as was the couch in the living room), and there was a lot of visible mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Other than that, it was perfect!! Airyn was a wonderful host - she was very responsive and helpful. I would certainly book another Airbnb that Airyn is the host of!
