With a full living room and kitchen, and completely separate bedroom, the space feels large for a one bedroom. There's a workspace in the bedroom, queen bed, and the kitchen/living is great for relaxing. Full sized washer and dryer in the unit as well. The bathroom is on the smaller side, and the shape does not provide a lot of space for toiletries, but it's still very functional!

August 2026What a quaint cottage along a quiet dirt road but still within two miles of downtown historic Georgetown. Though cozy it was spacious and the selection of books and games are perfect. Be aware you are in Texas and an insect or two may weadle its way in but the owner was very responsive to this issue! Perfect for a working stay which is why I was there for two weeks.

August 2026Great location for what I needed and comfortable bed. Airyn was very responsive and helpful. I did notice dishes, silverware and pots were not very clean when I went to cook. That was unexpected as the rest of the place was clean and ready. I also got a prompt reply with replacement for the missing scrubby/dish cloth and soap when I brought this up. I would recommend this place to others. Thanks!

June 2026Wonderful cottage in a lovely setting! Host was proactive and clear with all communication. Follow Airyn’s directions or use Google Maps—Apple Maps tried to send me in from the north which is blocked by a gate. This was a work trip so I had little time to explore Georgetown but I did make it to the square and had a lovely dinner. It is about a 5-10 minute drive. Highly recommend this property!

May 2026Airyn’s place was peaceful and cozy…super comfortable bed! Easy parking right next to the front door. The road up to the house was quite bumpy so just a warning to go slow! Less than 5 minute drive to downtown Georgetown.
