January 2026the place is wonderful. everything was nice and clean. only issue was there was a slight smell in the family room carpet. the original price was very good and that is why I chose to stay here but then a cleaning fee of $200 was added a month before we arrived. I was told it was due to a bug in the system that the fee was not in the original quote. and the cleaning fee was more than 25% of the rent. it really hurt because at this point I was not able to change my plans.
