Escape to our charming, eclectic, and cozy studio, where you can grill out and relax under the stars on a quiet street. Located on the corner of Paige and 19th Street in Georgetown's Historic District, our space boasts an eclectic ambiance that will make you feel right at home. The neighborhood itself is peaceful and well-established, making it the perfect place to unwind and recharge
Once inside, the walls are dark and it feels very cozy, but also open. The ceilings are high, and it's a very good sized space, very comfortable for a couple people!

April 2026No house numbers on the house or fence as described Keypad entry was not the same as described Shower had bugs in it they wanted me to spray for them the next day Shower is very very small No bath mats they did deliver them next day A/C unit filter was filled with dust and is by the bed and rattles every time it kicks on and off at night, so it wakes you up They did offer me one night refund and I’m still waiting on the refund
