We had a great time at Cody's place. The space was perfect, including the amazing pool/hot tub and spacious living room for gathering. The beds were very comfortable, and we were supplied with ample linens/towels for our stay. Cody was attentive to our requests and made sure to stay in touch during the crazy winter weather we encountered. Would recommend!

Great pool and hot tub for the winter weather! Amazingly comfortable king bed and good space. Within walking distance to coffee shops, walking/biking trail along river and Franklin bbq, which was handy. Area is an up and coming area.

Came into town for a long weekend to attend a friends wedding. This place was absolutely perfect. Location was walkable to Juan in a Million, La BBQ, and tons of other spots as well as a quick uber to all the bar scenes / night life. The pool and hot tub were a pleasant addition. Would stay here again most definitely
