This 3 bedroom 2 bath bungalow features a heated and chilled pool, hot tub, fenced yard, flexible sleeping for groups, and private parking. Walk or scooter to local bars, breweries, restaurants, and coffee shops. Minutes from SXSW venues, ACL at Zilker, UT games, Moody Center events, and F1 at COTA. Ideal for families, groups, and anyone wanting comfort and location in the heart of the Eastside.
This stylish and comfortable East Austin bungalow was designed to deliver a true 5 star stay. Perfect for larger groups, families, event travelers, and weekend getaways.
Inside you will find:
• Open living and dining area with smart TV and bright natural light
• Fully equipped kitchen with essentials for cooking and entertaining
• Two full bathrooms
• Flexible sleeping layouts including one king bed, two full beds, three twin beds, and a futon
• Washer and dryer available upon request
Please note: To help keep things comfortable for neighbors and guests, the home is equipped with a noise monitoring device that measures decibels (not audio). It does not record conversations - only volume.
Private Pool and Hot Tub
The Pool is exclusively for this home and can be heated or chilled for an additional fee. Guests in the back units cannot access it. Enjoy a refreshing dip on hot days or a warm swim during cooler months. The hot tub is available year round.
Outdoor Space
Relax in the fully fenced backyard, perfect for group hangouts, morning coffee, or evening drinks after exploring East Austin. There is also a separate back house available for groups wanting additional space.
This home is ideal for SXSW trips, ACL weekends, UT football games, Moody Center concerts, weddings, and visits to COTA for Formula 1.

July 2026Such a great stay! Went here with my girls for a bach party. The location is awesome, ubers are generally inexpensive to get to where you want to go. Super close to Rainey street. There’s a few coffee shops 3 minutes walking that were delicious. 10 min walk from Mercado Sin Nombre which is delicious 10/10. The space was plenty for the group! The outdoor area really sets the vibe. Cody is super responsive and great at communicating!!

Everything was as described and the location couldn’t be better for ubering from the airport or to other popular restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again !
