Quiet retreat in the Colorado foothills at this A-frame mountain cabin nestled among the trees on an acre of scenic land. Only a short drive from restaurants, breweries, and shops! Countless trailheads and other outdoor activities nearby, the cozy 1057sqft cabin places you just 30 minutes from Red Rocks and Virginia Canyon Mountain Park, under 1 hour to downtown Denver, and within easy access to numerous ski resorts for easy day trips. Relax in the 4 person hot tub or enjoy your coffee while taking in breathtaking views.
This is a great property for 1-6 people. There is a queen bed in the main floor bedroom, the second bedroom is a loft that is open to the main floor with a queen sofa bed, and the third bed is a luxury air mattress. Guests can also choose to sleep on the comfortable sectional couch instead of the air mattress.
*Other than the loft, the home is all on one level. The bedroom is large and has a queen bed w/2 end tables. There's plenty of closet storage for your items including luggage carts. The kitchen has everything you need and more. We've cooked holiday dinners for our family and guests with ease. The table under the stairs (just have to slide it out) or outdoor picnic table serves as the dining area. The living room has a good sized couch if extra bedding is needed. There are three different sections of the deck. You can relax in the hot tub on the south side deck, have a picnic or enjoy a cocktail on the north side deck while grilling, or take your cocktails or coffee to the upper deck for stunning scenery. We also give discounts for repeat guests and would love to have this be a place you come back to regularly!

Loved our stay here! It snowed and that was very beautiful. This is definitely a place to go and chill. The town is about 20 minutes away and most restaurants close early. But the kitchen has everything you need to cook. There is a national park with amazing trails about 10 minutes away. Overall we loved this place. We were able to see deer each day at the cabin. On the drives we saw elk.

We loved our stay at the Foxden. It was a peaceful getaway and very relaxing yet close enough to restaurants and shops. Hosts thought of everything to make the stay comfortable, convenient and organized. Great proactive communication and support throughout the experience.

My fiancé and I were looking for a getaway and something private for the night. The hot tub was relaxing. The scenery was beautiful and location was private for the most part. The only downfall was the gas fireplace wouldn’t work. It sounded like it was out of gas, which was too bad because we were looking forward to using it. We loved that the Host provided movies upstairs to watch. Overall we loved staying here!!

Nice spot for privacy! Clean house, nice hot tub. Billy was responsive and gave easy instructions for everything. In Winter bring an AWD vehicle.

We had a lovely time but you DEFINITELY need AWD for getting up the hill. The last 1/4 mile from the house. There was snow and the driveway was STEEP. Smokeless indoor grill didn’t work at all and the fireplace had the pilot light out and was not easy to turn back on plus it was with gas so it didn’t seem safe to keep trying. Bathroom wall was also very dirty and the automatic conditioner dispenser didn’t work in the shower.

Beautiful and cozy place to stay! We felt right at home. The space is small but thoughtfully designed. We had everything we needed. Be aware that the roads to the place are steep!
