When you walk in the front door there's a nice sized living room that flows to the kitchen and dining area, and then on to the laundry room and sliding door to the back yard. The full bathroom is located in a central part of the house with easy access from both bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen and bedroom 2 has two twin beds.

This is probably one of the top fave Airbnbs I have stayed in. The house is so charming and the backyard is so peaceful. The location is very 5minutes from the historic downtown. We will definitely be back.

My wife and I had an extended stay here while our house was being built. Pros: Airyn and her cohost were very responsive. The location is fantastic. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood with great walking. Also extremely close to all the great things in the Georgetown square. The house is also very spacious. Cons: We did have an issue with trash being left behind and it took a reminder to get that cleaned up the next day. The house is older and could use some needed TLC. Not much in the way of plates and cups either which would have been nice. Overall, it worked well for us and we loved the location though it would have been nice to have more things to make our extended stay more clean and comfortable.

This little house is a great spot if you’re visiting the Georgetown area. It’s on a quiet street, walkable to downtown, and easy to get to the hospital (I was in town for some medical treatment). The kitchen is roomy and well stocked for cooking, and everything was clean and tidy. The backyard is a nice extra space for getting some outside time and we used it when it wasn’t too hot out.
