August 2026Beautiful condo with that felt very modern and new. The kitchen had everything we needed, bathrooms were beautiful and spacious living room. Just a few blocks from cute little shops including a local bakery coffee shop and tacos. Scenic trails were close by for walks and short runs.

August 2026Absolutely flawless stay for the Winter Park Jazz Festival! This condo was the perfect home base for our weekend getaway. The location could not have been better. Getting to and from the festival at the Rendezvous Event Center was incredibly quick and hassle-free. The space itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed to unwind after a long day of dancing and great music. The hosts were wonderfully communicative and made check-in and check out a breeze. We are already talking about booking this exact spot again for next year's festival. Highest recommendation!

The place is equipped with all the necessary amenities, comfortable beds, and so spacious! Loved having our own garage and balcony to take in the beautiful scenery. Matthew’s place is exceptional! My family and I would stay here again! 12/10 recommend!!
