November 2026We enjoyed our stay he even helped when our schedule was behind with the check-in the space was very clean and presentable. It smelled amazing, and OMG the bed was so soft and fluffy. I loved it. We really enjoyed our stay. I don’t have anything to complain about nor does my spouse. Any questions we had they answered the only thing that I would have requested was more face towel and a makeup towel but other than that, it was amazing cozy comfy peaceful we really enjoyed ourselves thank you Cody. You were an amazing host.

October 2026A hidden gem in East Austin right off of 2nd street. The home was beautiful and felt very private. Not only was there an outdoor jacuzzi but it was walking distance to a bunch of different coffee shops, eateries and more. Street parking right in front and everything was so clean. Definitely recommend!

October 2026This was a very nice place. Everything was in great shape and clean. The hot tub was nice after a long day of driving. We were around the town a bit while we were there, so we never ate at any of the places that were within walking or a very short drive -- but there were plenty. Something I felt all around town was the lack of street lights. We never felt unsafe, but parking on the street or picking up a grocery delivery from the front of the of the property -- it was good to have a phone flashlight handy. The neighborhood was quiet and there was never any problem parking right near the driveway/house.

October 2026Great location. Walkable to restaurants and bars. Finding street parking was easy. Place was chill and quiet - we didn’t hear the guests staying in the main house at all. Inside was clean and just what we needed for a weekend stay. I wish there had been more attention paid to landscaping - some of the shrubs were struggling and it made us not want to hang out in the hot tub or on the porch, but overall was a pleasant stay. Would book again.
