September 2026We stayed at Soumya’s house for four weeks during a family visit. The location is convenient and the neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The house itself was clean upon arrival and offered good value for money. For a longer stay, a few kitchen updates—such as replacing older pans and providing extra kitchen equipment or extensions—would enhance the experience. Communication with Soumya was minimal, but everything went smoothly. Overall, it was a practical and comfortable base for our extended stay.

August 2026Such a perfect home away from home. Soumya has thought of everything and made my stay so easy and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms and bathrooms absolutely perfect and I wanted for nothing. The area is super accessible, great for walks nearby to get some nature/outside time and nice and close to convenience store and great coffee. Will definitely look to stay again.

June 2026The house itself and the location were fine, and the host always responded to my questions in a timely manner. However, one thing that disappointed me was that not all of the house rules were clearly listed before booking. Upon checking in, we found many rules posted throughout the house, which made me feel like I was walking on eggshells during our stay. Had I known about the extent of the rules beforehand, I probably would not have selected this house. One disappointment for me was the no day visitors policy. I reached out to the host because the listing mentioned visitors could be allowed with prior permission, but unfortunately the answer was still no. I had hoped my sister and two nieces could stop by for a short visit, but this was not approved. I would highly suggest future guests carefully review all house rules before booking to avoid any disappointments.

May 2026The airbnb is an older house that has been nicely updated. It's in a standard housing neighborhood not really walkable to anything but it's in a good location in Austin with easy access to both I-35 and Highway 1. The neighborhood felt safe and the neighbors were friendly.
