August 2026There is a lot to commend about this place, proximity to Gtown proper, the yard, ping pong table, pet friendly, responsive and helpful host, well-outfitted kitchen. However, if you are bothered by the frequent appearance of roaches, I would advise considering another location. Host was kind enough to arrange a next-day pest treatment but as best I can tell it didn’t meaningfully influence nightly traffic. We didn’t have any other issues with the property, though that one alone caused some significant distress.
