Designed as a relaxing retreat, the home features two beautifully appointed bedrooms with plush queen beds with soft cotton sheets and oversized comforters for a restful night’s sleep. There are three well-designed bathrooms: one custom designed half bath downstairs for guests, one in the primary bedroom that has walk-in shower and lighted mirror, and one en suite in the second bedroom with a deep bathtub for soaking. Each has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash with towels.The primary bedroom has a balcony where you can catch the amazing violet sunsets that Austin offers in the winter.
The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need, including a gas stove, oven, under counter microwave, coffee maker, mixer, wine glasses and more, making it easy to prepare meals. For those who love to cook, you’ll find several amazing grocery stores nearby, including walkable Sprouts, 2 HEBs, and Central Market, perfect for sourcing fresh ingredients and preparing a gourmet meal. Enjoy your creations on the outdoor fenced-in patio, which features a dining table, plants, and an umbrella for shade. The living room, with a sofa bed, offers extra comfort for unwinding, or accommodating additional guests.

Julie’s home was beautiful. You can tell a lot of time and effort was put into the design and comfort of this home. We stayed there as two couples (one couple with an infant) and found the spot had more than enough space and utility for us. The home even had a pack n play crib we were able to use for our child. If anything, the home is larger than it looks in the pictures. Julie was quick to communicate and respond to questions.\n\nOnly issue we had was that the AC seemed hit or miss at night. We stayed here during Christmas week when the temps came back up to 80s. It seemed like the AC was intermittent because all of us staying here would wake up hot and then a few minutes later it would get very cold. \n\nNot necessarily a issue (because all airbnb hosts do this) but I find it hilarious that homes have a cleaning fee but then ask you to take out the trash, wash the dishes, and wash the towels. Common for Airbnb now days but I still find it funny. \n\nOverall great home!
