We really enjoyed our stay here. This home is exactly as pictured, very clean and organized, and well-stocked with amenities. The hosts were attentive and quick to respond when questions came up. There are some great restaurants and a food truck park just a short walk away, but otherwise there's not much in this particular part of town. You will need a car to see most of Austin if you're staying here. The house is so comfortable that it's worth it, and we'd definitely stay here again.

It was a nice Airbnb. I like how secluded it was since it had the private garage. The only annoying inconvenience was having to get out of the car to close the garage each time we left and then getting out to open it each time we arrived back. Overall, nice Airbnb! There’s a food truck park across the street in walking distance too.

We liked that the house was walking distance to a food truck park and a nice neighborhood tavern. My wife and I love to sleep very cold at night, this house cooled very quickly. The Master shower has a steamer which I really liked. The only minor things that I noticed was that the rain shower head in the master shower had medium to low water pressure.

This was a great place to stay with a work conference nearby. Brought the kids too since it happened to be their spring break. The place is very well taken care of and clean. Close to food trucks and other restaurants as described. Easy access to downtown. One thing I’ll mention, which I was prepared for since the description called it out, is that the building is shared with a hair studio and veggie smoothie truck on the front half. There’s no shared entrance or anything, but there were times during the morning and day when we could hear their music and talking. It did not bother us, but worth being aware of if you need to sleep during the day. Still, it wasn’t overly loud, just noticeable. I was able to park in the alley entrance with a minivan. It took some geometry figuring, but was doable. My wife was not comfortable doing it, so that may be a consideration depending on your vehicle. There is plenty of free parking on the adjacent roads as well. Overall, we’d stay here again

We had an enjoyable 3 night stay. The house was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the location was quiet and close to the activities that we wanted to do. The house had everything we needed to make it an easy stay for our family. The cornhole game set for the yard was a nice surprise and something the whole family enjoyed during our stay.

Very clean, comfortable, quiet, and spacious place. Convenient location close to great restaurants, bars, coffee & rest of Austin. Very easy to child-proof (no clutter) with handy amenities like a pack-n-play and high chair. Getting into the parking spot from the alley is tight so do recommend a smaller car.

The house was nice on the inside, and was very spacious. The issues we had were primarily with the house being advertised as walkable to SXSW, it was not. The convention center was closed so the festival was spread across the city, it would have been over two hour long walks and even of the convention center was the location it’s still a 35-40 minute walk. The second issue is with the noise, it’s loud. Music 24/7 and while I support live music it was a bit much. The food trucks open early so we would hear “Order of Melissa,” “Order for Kevin,” and more, we went over and they are using microphones which makes sense. The third issue is parking, it’s far from ideal. Took us around 5-10 min to park each time and when we asked for tips, we were told where the parking was and told it takes a while. I wish that had been more transparent. House is nice just not a stay that worked for us.
