Come on in to this charming cottage, built in 2001 and nestled in the heart of the Georgetown historic district. This inviting home is perfect for couples, small families, or solo travelers looking for a cozy and well-appointed retreat. Designed with comfort and convenience in mind, the space offers a seamless blend of modern amenities and thoughtful details.
Step inside to discover two spacious bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms. The primary suite serves as a private oasis, featuring a king bed, a comfortable leather reading chair, and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a separate shower. French doors from the suite open onto a private back deck, providing the perfect spot for quiet mornings or relaxing evenings. The second bedroom is equally inviting, with a queen bed, ample closet space, and essentials like an iron, ironing board, and steamer. A convenient half-bath is located in the hallway for easy access.
The living room boasts vaulted ceilings, creating an airy and open atmosphere. Comfortable seating, including a plush couch and lounge chairs, invites you to unwind while enjoying the Roku TV or the charm of a vinyl record player. Adjacent to the living room, the full kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals and features a large dining table with seating for six, making it an ideal spot for shared meals and conversation.

The beds and linens are incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning is an absolute lifesaver in the Texas humidity. Spending time in the welcoming kitchen and relaxing on the front porch remain some of the absolute best parts of the experience.
