August 2026I really enjoyed staying at this Airbnb. Close to coffee, stores & restaurants. It was also a very comfortable stay. The master bed was VERY comfortable! We all also enjoyed table tennis and football competitions! Additionally, communication was excellent! Thank you for everything and I definitely recommend staying here!

July 2026Airyn's place was great. Linen's were comfy, all the appliances worked great, and the smart door lock made it easy to get in and out. Loved the stay. The layout is very functional and great for a longer stay. The back yard is large, comfy, and private. We frequently stay in Denver and this is a spot that has made it on the short list.

July 2026The place was clean and nice, but it looks better in the pictures than in reality. The host wasn’t dishonest, but they clearly knew the best angles to take photos from. The house was about 20 years older than I expected. The bathrooms were lower quality, and the temperature was different on every floor. The basement was freezing, but the top floor was too hot. The basement was the biggest disappointment though. The temperature made it uncomfortable, and the whole side not pictured is unfinished. The ping pong table (the deciding reason for us to book) is on a grimy, freezing concrete floor, so playing on it was so uncomfortable it wasn't worth it. The balls were 1 star and the paddles were the cheapest money could buy. Overall, the airbnb seemed like it was photographed to look as good as possible while being as cheap as possible. From the house to the amenities, everything was optimized for the best return on the money for the host. Not dishonest, but not honest either.
