Completely remodeled and professionally designed 2 bed 1 bath just 3 blocks from the square! A short walk from dining, bars, and local shopping downtown Georgetown. Amazing outdoor activities surrounding...Lake Georgetown for a day of fishing, hiking, and water skiing, or walk to the Blue Hole along the San Gabriel River trail...steps away. You probably won't be home much, but when you are...Full kitchen, huge backyard for lounging, comfy furniture, and a great table for working remotely
The living room and dining room are a good size. Smart TV w/Roku (Netflix, DirectTV Stream, etc...). The kitchen table is great for working, eating, or games. The kitchen is efficient and has everything you need for a full cooked meal. The full bathroom serves both bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed, closet, and two end tables. The front bedroom has two double beds, end tables, and closet. There's also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room with two additional chairs. You can access the private fenced backyard from dining room. From here you can get to the driveway as well. Full size laundry is located in a separate room between the bedrooms.

August 2026We did enjoy the location and were impressed with the well stocked and equipped kitchen. However, we did have a number of issues. Several of the kitchen drawers need to be repaired as does the towel bar in the bathroom. It came off at least five times. Also the shower control handle came off once. You should have a recycle container in the kitchen for items that can be recycled. The Roku TV was a mystery to us and we never did find any local channels. gate into the backyard is in need of repairs. We had several issues with bugs to include spiders and roaches. Although we were able to message the team, it would’ve been much easier if we had a phone number for one of them. We discovered on our first morning that the coffee maker was not working correctly. I would’ve thought that you would’ve known that and replaced it. I was able to contact the owner and he replaced it but not for several days. We decided to change the bedsheets and got incorrect information about where to find sheets.
