Completely remodeled and professionally designed 2 bed 1 bath just 3 blocks from the square! A short walk from dining, bars, and local shopping downtown Georgetown. Amazing outdoor activities surrounding...Lake Georgetown for a day of fishing, hiking, and water skiing, or walk to the Blue Hole along the San Gabriel River trail...steps away. The living room and dining room are a good size. Smart TV w/Roku (Netflix, DirectTV Stream, etc...). The kitchen table is great for working, eating, or games. The kitchen is efficient and has everything you need for a full cooked meal. The full bathroom serves both bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed, closet, and two end tables. The front bedroom has two double beds, end tables, and closet. There's also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room with two additional chairs. You can access the private fenced backyard from dining room. From here you can get to the driveway as well. Full size laundry is located in a separate room between the bedrooms.
