The living room and dining room are a good size. Smart TV w/Roku (Netflix, DirectTV Stream, etc...). The kitchen table is great for working, eating, or games. The kitchen is efficient and has everything you need for a full cooked meal. The full bathroom serves both bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed, closet, and two end tables. The front bedroom has two double beds, end tables, and closet. There's also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room with two additional chairs. You can access the private fenced backyard from dining room. From here you can get to the driveway as well. Full size laundry is located in a separate room between the bedrooms.

Location can’t be beat! Cute home suitable for 4 adults. Not enough seating in the kitchen or living room for 6. The backyard is large and fenced in. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. It was nice to have access to a washer and dryer. Not a lot of space on the bathroom so we used the hall closet for storage. The towels need a refresh along with the shower curtain. I’ve passed this along to the owner so hopefully those small things will be taken care of for future renters. Overall I would stay here again for the location and the quiet neighborhood.

Property Needs immediate maintenance and a deep clean before it is rented again. It has great potential but: * The kitchen window sill has an air gap letting in bugs especially when the kitchen light is on *The light under the cooktop hood was covered with bugs and with the added issue of dirty pots and pans, we were unable to cook meals. *The outside grill shown in the photos turned out to be rusty so that wasn’t a cooking option either. *The kitchen rug and spare bedroom rugs were stained *The bathroom shower curtain had pink mildew along its entire width - all the way up about 8-10 inches from the bottom 🤢 *The bathtub bottom was delaminated and peeling *The photos showed a backyard with lush grass. It turned out to be dirt spots and weeds. Unfortunately we had rented this grass feature with our dog in mind and when it rained our last day, it was a muddy mess. *The bedding and pillows were clean and incredibly comfortable.
