We had a great stay overall! The location was fantastic — super convenient to downtown and SOCO, with lots of restaurants, bars, and activities nearby. The house itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for our group. We especially enjoyed the backyard area and pool, which made for a really relaxing stay. A couple small things to note for future guests: the area can be a bit noisy at times, and the house had fairly limited essentials provided. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the host’s space!

Right by the new HEB on S Congress, great walkable location. House is big, plenty of space for larger groups. Lots of decks and a great enclosed deck for lounging. 1 small frying pan in the kitchen, if you plan on cooking more, grab some conduction pans from HEB, else, plenty of restaurants near by. All around easy process to check in and out.

House is great but lacking a lot of basics at any price point- there was 1 singular pan, no pots, no baking sheets. Had to message host 2x to get pots. 1 singular dish towel. Most of the bathrooms had very little hand soap, and what was there was completely watered down. Some bathrooms didn't have soap. Missing trashcans in bathrooms, missing closet bars in one of the bedrooms so unable to hang clothes. The loft room and primary bedroom are missing curtains making it difficult to sleep in past dawn. The fridge isn't hooked up to a water line so no filtered water accessible. Not enough seating in any room for a group of 11 (capacity). The upstairs loft shower floods the bathroom when the door is opened based on the slope of the shower floor. The second living room that's indoor/outdoor was completely soaked on the ground, rug and couch due to the rain. The pros are the location is good (though next to a busy street), the house was clean and beds were comfortable.

The listing was great. Pool was cleaned the first day we got there. Everything was clean. Just remember to bring your own body wash and face towels. Great location and great for a girls trip. Would recommend.

This place was perfect for my bachelor weekend. The location was ideal; close to the grocery store, taco spots, and about a 10-minute ride to all the action on 6th Street. The house had great amenities, especially the pool in the back, plus multiple balconies and hangout areas that made it easy for everyone to relax and spend time together. It comfortably slept all 8 of us without feeling cramped. Overall, it was a great setup for a group trip and we had an awesome time.

Location is pretty good and healthy, but walkable to downtown. House was very clean but on pretty busy street and the house next door is like Beverly hillbilly’s with a dog that likes to bark a lot. House layout is good for large party, kitchen is VERY minimally appointed, to the point we could find a pan, baking sheets, serving platters or even big plastic cups we could use by the pool. Dining accommodations also don’t fit the 10 guests and lastly main tv is painfully slow to navigate.
