We had a wonderful time staying here! The acreage and waterfront was bar non beautiful, you don’t see a lot of untouched land you get to relax on anymore. Besides the couch (only because there was two of us) everything was very comfortable and all the amenities suited us perfectly. Amazing fishing down on the bank, we witnessed so many awesome animals in their own habitats and the hill country nature scenes were spectacular and seem to be very hard to come by anymore. Larry and Christi were some of the friendliest and most genuine people we have had the pleasure of meeting, and were honestly the highlight of our stay here. Larry took care of every big and small need of ours and was more hospitable than we could have asked for! We would most definitely come back and hang out for a weekend, and would recommend this stay to any person wanting a quiet rural get away on the waterfront.

This was honestly one of the most disappointing Airbnb stays I have experienced. The listing clearly advertised one bed, but when we arrived there was no actual bed at all. Instead, there was just a basic couch that did not properly convert into a real sleeping space. It was extremely uncomfortable and not suitable for what was advertised as a one bed stay, especially for someone who is 6’2. Even based on the dimensions, the usable sleeping area was not practical or comfortable. On top of that, there was no WiFi available during our stay, which is a basic amenity that was expected. This made the experience even more frustrating, especially if you rely on internet access while traveling. Because of the condition of the place, we ended up having to leave and drive two hours back home in the middle of the night. Overall, the listing did not match what was provided. The lack of a real bed and no WiFi made the stay feel misleading and not worth it. I would not recommend this place.

Amazing experience overall. The cabin was beautiful and the views were absolutely stunning—exactly what we were hoping for. The space itself was cozy, clean, and well maintained, making it a great place to relax and unwind. While the bed was a bit on the firm side for our personal preference, it didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed the stay. We would definitely recommend this cabin and would happily stay again.
