It was a pleasure staying at this place, it was very clean and the location was amazing. Only thing I’d say about the listing is that we did hope it specified that it was a guest house in the lower level while the top level is in use. We were able to hear footsteps and sometimes even conversations. Although we were a bit upset at the situation we still had a good time and the place was beautiful.

We enjoyed our stay. It was very peaceful & the host was very helpful. The only issue we had was with the mattresses, which completely could be personal. They are memory foam & don’t have a lot of cushion when you lay down. Other than that, everything was perfect!!

We enjoyed spending the week at Airyn's place!! Stunning views. So relaxing and peaceful! I loved being so secluded. We loved the fireplace and dining area. Our children enjoyed playing in the nook! Airyn was a great host. Super responsive. Would love to visit again!

My wife and I spent our 35th anniversary here. We had a wonderful time. We were relaxed and enjoyed each other’s company with a wonderful view and in a clean comfortable place. Our host were amazing and very communicative and very responsive. We would look forward to stay with him again.

We stayed here for a few days to attend a concert at Red Rock Amphitheater. Beautiful views and relatively quiet. Be aware that this is a basement unit to a home and it is not until you arrive and read the guest welcome book you find out the owner is on premises or rents out top unit. There was an unpleasant smell that came into our rental every night from a vent connecting master bedroom to upstairs unit. Also whoever was up there could be heard walking. And opening and shutting doors. Over all we made the most of it as we were there for only two nights. We didn’t tell the host because it was late in the evenings and not sure what could’ve been done anyway. Again. Nice place and pretty location but just feel the host can be a little more transparent in letting you now of the layout in the listing. Not listing it as “entire home”. And later telling you it is 2 units with insulation between them but failing to say it is a basement unit.
